본 과정은 Institut Hotelier ‘Cesar Ritz’에서 제공하고 있으며 갓 고등학교를 졸업하고 호텔 및 레스토랑 경영의 미래를 꿈꾸는 학생들을 위해 준비된 과정입니다. 본 과정을 수료하는 학생들은 세계적인 호텔과 리조트, 그리고 다양한 레스토랑과 케이터링 회사 등에서 매니저 실습 또는 관리자로써의 능력을 키울 수 있게 되며 기업가로써의 비즈니스 적 아이디어와 학사 학위의 취득을 위한 초석을 다질 수 있는 조건을 갖추게 됩니다.
